Why?

When I see others like this Korean choir singing with joy our songs in Akan, having made the effort to lean the words and rythm with feeling I wonder why we refrain from learning and using our own.  I am filled with so many questions, shame and a bit of anger too.  I would not be if there was any benefit in using English in the half haearted way we do.  We are still far behind Korea in ass ways.  They use their language for development and education and we dont. 

Today we all drive their Hiyundais and use their sumsungs and when they need to speak english in order to conduct international business they do that well too.  It all comes from the decipline and the self respect of knowing who you are are and having the self worth and education to stand up for yourself.  Lets get to work brothers.
